Thanksgiving Day Meal - Plan and Prepare Ahead
The Day Before
Make Pumpkin Pie; cool, cover loosely and refrigerate
Make Chocolate Pecan Tart; cool, cover loosely
Prepare Dry Cherry Cranberry Relish. Place in nonmetal serving dish, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate
Prepare Sweet Potatoes with Maple Butter; cool, cover and refrigerate
Combine Cornbread Stuffing ingredients and cover tightly with plastic wrap
The Morning of
Clean, blanch and refrigerate green beans
Prepare and place turkey in preheated oven
Prepare and bake Cheddar Scallion Biscuits
Two Hours Before
Heat Sweet Potatoes, Make Maple Butter
Roast Cornbread stuffing
Prepare turkey for serving
Finish Green Bean Almondine and keep warm in sauté pan until serving time
Warm biscuits in microwave, warming drawer or warm oven
